Cancelling only affects future renewals so any boxes that have already been paid for at time of cancellation will still be shipped.
If your subscription renewed and your payment was processed before you cancelled, you will still receive that box. Cancelling doesn't trigger an automatic refund. Any shipment generated will be processed.
If you don't wish to receive this final box and need a refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can cancel your order before our monthly boxes start shipping. Once a box has shipped, we are not able to give a refund.
If you have cancelled in the middle of a 3-Month or 6-Month plan, you will still receive all boxes that have been paid for.
