I skipped a renewal and have changed my mind. How can I receive the box?

No problem at all! As long as we haven't sold out of the current month's box, you can email support@owlcrate.com. We will be able to manually renew your subscription so you don't miss out on the fun!

Please do not purchase another subscription. This will create two subscriptions under your account, causing duplicate shipments, extra charges, and quite a bit of confusion. Just email us and we'll help you out!
