A customer is unable to switch a one-time gift over to a renewing plan within their customer account but if you email support@owlcrate.com, we will be happy to help you out. We can either set up a renewing plan in your account or you can simply go ahead and purchase a new renewing subscription through the main website, owlcrate.com.
If you are unsure when your gift ends and are worried about receiving duplicate boxes, please email support@owlcrate.com and we will be happy to take a look and help you get set up!
