If you are having trouble logging into your account, it may be for a few reasons.
1. Have you forgotten your password? If so, click the ‘Forgot your password?’ option and enter your email address. The system will send you a link to reset your password. This may not end up in your inbox so be sure to check your junk/spam/promotions folders as well.
The password reset option is time sensitive so be sure to look for it and reset your password in good time!
2. Is the system telling you there isn’t an account attached to your email address? Not to worry! Often this is just a case of there being a typo in the email address you entered at checkout. Email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to help you get things on track!
3. Try clearing the cache/cookies in your current browser or try logging in using a different browser. Sometimes that does the trick!
