Unfortunately, our system doesn't allow you to switch from a credit card to PayPal within the customer account. As there is an extra verification step required, PayPal can only be used at checkout.
If you do wish to switch to PayPal, you just need to cancel your current subscription and re-subscribe through the main website.
To ensure all future renewals are also processed with PayPal, you do need to delete your card on file. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help make the switch.
Please Note: If your subscription has already renewed for the current month's box, be sure to purchase your new subscription after the 20th to avoid duplicate shipments, and be sure your original subscription is cancelled. If you have any questions, please email email@example.com.
If you need to switch from PayPal to a credit card, you can do so right in your customer account!
To update your payment details, you just need to log into your account in general and click BILLING INFORMATION. On the next page, you can click "Update card" and a form will populate in which you can enter your credit card information.
