When do I need to cancel to ensure I am not billed for more boxes?

If you no longer wish to receive OwlCrate or OwlCrate Jr boxes, be sure to cancel your subscription before the end of the current month. 

If you forget to cancel your subscription before your next renewal goes through on the 1st of the month, please email support@owlcrate.com. Cancelling within your customer account doesn't trigger an automatic refund and you will still receive the box that was paid for.
