Why isn't my tracking number updating?

Once your box ships, you will receive an email with your shipping notification and tracking number. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to begin updating. 

International shipments can take 5-7 business days to link up with the next stage of shipping so you may not see updates within that first week but your box is on the way!

Please be aware that door-to-door tracking isn't offered in all countries and in those cases, we are only able to track your box as far as knowing it has left the US or arrived in your country. You won't see further updates, your box will simply be delivered.
