Why isn't my tracking number updating?

Once you receive your shipping confirmation with tracking number in your email, please allow a few days for the tracking information to begin updating. If it hasn't updated after 72 hours please get in touch with us by emailing support@owlcrate.com. 


Please be aware, if you receive a tracking number that begins with the letters "UM", your tracking will stop updating after the box has left the USA.
