If you are a new subscriber, you will be charged for your first box at checkout and charged for your next box on the 1st of the following month.
If you are on the 3-Month or 6-Month plan, you will be charged on the 1st of each third month or sixth month, paying for 3 or 6 boxes upfront before your next scheduled renewal.
Renewal day is always the 1st of the month. That being said, depending on your timezone, the system may try to charge your account late on the 30th/31st. If you need to skip a renewal, be sure to do so before the 30th/31st. For more on skipping a box, see the SKIPPING A BOX section of the FAQ.
You will always be charged for the same subscription cycle. For example, if you purchased a 6-Month plan, it won’t switch to Monthly after you have received your first six boxes. You will renew for another 6-Month cycle. If you want to change your plan, you can do so in your customer account. Changes will always take affect with your next scheduled renewal.

Month-to-Month plans: Renewals take place on the 1st of each month. You will be charged for that month's box only unless you have changed your plan.
3-Month plans: Renewals take place on the 1st of the month. After you have received 3 OwlCrates, you will be charged again for a new 3-Month cycle, unless you have changed your plan.
6-Month plans: Renewals take place on the 1st of the month. After you have received 6 OwlCrates, you will be charged again for a new 6-Month cycle, unless you have changed your plan.
