What can I do within my account?

Once you have successfully logged in to your account, there are a variety of different things you can control and access.


You can edit your account settings. This includes your email and password for the account.


You can edit your shipping address. If you have moved recently, or you noticed a mistake with your address, please edit this as soon as possible to ensure that our owls deliver your crate to the right place! Find more information about how to change your address HERE.


If you need to update your credit card information, this is also the place to do that! Find more information about how to change your payment info HERE.

On the left hand side of the screen you will see your ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you click the 'EDIT' button, you will be taken to a page where you can see the different options for your subscription.


If you click 'Skip Next Renewal' this will allow you to skip your next billing cycle. If you are on the month-to-month plan and aren't interested in a certain theme, you have the option to skip that month by clicking this button. 

This page is also where you can change your plan to either the month-to-month, 3-month or 6-month plan.

This is also where you go if you need to cancel your subscription, or if you need to reactivate an already cancelled plan.
