Yes! Once your box has shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping notification and tracking number.
Boxes shipped within the US are shipped with USPS and door-to-door tracking is offered.
If you don't live in the United States, your box will be shipped via Asendia, our International shipping partner.
What's Asendia and how does it work?
Asendia is a specialty international consolidator. They receive all our international shipments, sort them by destination and then work with their network of carrier partners (e.g. USPS, La Poste and Swiss Post) to transport your package across the world and into the hands of a local carrier (usually your national postal service). From there your OwlCrate is delivered and you are happy!
How do I track my package via Asendia?
When you receive your shipment notification you'll be given an initial tracking number which will direct you to the Asendia tracking portal.
Once Asendia has sorted your package and determined the best carrier partner, you will see a secondary tracking number populate on the tracking portal. This secondary tracking number can be used to continue the tracking of your package all the way to it's final destination via the "Final Mile" carrier. (You can usually copy and paste this secondary tracking number into your national postal service's website, to receive tracking updates once the package has reached your country.)
If you don't see a secondary tracking number populate soon after you receive your shipment notification, then it's possible you live in a country where door-to-door tracking is not offered. Right now we offer door-to-door tracking for the following countries:
If your country is not part of this list, tracking will be provided until your package leaves the United States. Shipping times vary from country to country so even if it looks like your box isn't moving, it is on the way!
